Polyurethane Screed

Polyurethane screed is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade flooring system made from a blend of polyurethane resin, aggregate (like quartz sand), and other hardening agents. It’s applied as a thick layer (typically 4–9mm) over concrete substrates to create a highly durable, chemical-resistant, and heat-resistant surface.

Polyurethane screeds are especially ideal for food and beverage industries, commercial kitchens, breweries, and pharmaceutical facilities due to their ability to withstand extreme temperatures, aggressive cleaning chemicals, heavy traffic, and moisture. They also meet strict hygiene and safety standards, making them perfect for environments with rigorous sanitary requirements, especially if they're installed by an expert like MCG.
